About Jennie

Hi, I’m Jennie Delbridge, an Exercise and Nutrition Coach.

From personal experience, I understand what it’s like to feel completely fed up by the way you look, confused by what you can eat and feel guilty about hating exercise; I suffered from eating disorders, weight gain, weight loss, poor body image and very low self-esteem for ten years of my life.

That is why I’m now so passionate about helping other women to look fantastic, feel great, have more energy and feel more confident, whether you’re 35 or 55!

Via the blog on this site and as your personal Exercise and Nutrition Coach, I will share strategies and information that have helped me and many of my fabulous clients to transform their lives.

I work with on a one-to-one basis with one person at a time. Along with the above qualifications, I am also trained to work with orthopaedic issues including lower back pain, knee pain, hip pain and weakened core muscles. So you are in good hands!
